We have now generated a project concept that can be developed and documented with the support of stakeholders
This Phase Includes: Design Development, Document Development, Project Management, Engineering Coordination, Furniture Fixtures and Equipment Coordination, Sustainability Goals, Schedule, and Budget
Completion of this will create a design development package that can be measured against critical success factors identified in previous steps
Implementation
This is Where we Build...
We now have an implementation strategy. We have confirmed the critical success factors and are ready to build.
This Phase Includes: Bidding|Permit Documents, Construction Administration, Commission, Sustainability Measures, Furniture Strategy, and As-Builds.
Completion of this is all about occupying your new environment. Measures are identified to ensure that the critical success factors have been achieved.
